Letters to Juliet
OK so Tuesday night my mommma and I had a girls night. We redboxed Letters to Juliet. Which I loved...except for the ending...well I liked the ending...just I didn't like they way the ending was done.
I LOVED the secretaries
And I hope I look this good when I am that old
OH and the boy...very cute...plus who can resist and English accent...NOT ME.
SO here are some of my favorite quotes:
Victor: win-win
Charlie: It's over! We're done! We've found Nemo!
Claire: Charlie say your sorry.
Charlie:
Quoting Shakespeare:
Doubt thou stars are fire
Doubt that the sun doth move
Doubt truth be a liar
But never doubt I love
The letter: Dear Claire, What and If are two words as non-threatening as words can be. But put them together side-by-side and they have the power to haunt you for the rest of your life: What if? What if? What if? I don't know how your story ended but if what you felt then was true love, then it's never too late. If it was true then, why wouldn't it be true now? You need only the courage to follow your heart. I don't know what a love like Juliet's feels like - love to leave loved ones for, love to cross oceans for but I'd like to believe if I ever were to feel it, that I will have the courage to seize it. And, Claire, if you didn't, I hope one day that you will. All my love, Juliet
There is another quote that is something like this:
Charlie: Is this one of those instances where what you are saying is not what you really mean?
OK I suggest watching the movie...which no high expectations...just enjoy it.
much love
